Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. Many people recognize me as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from upwards to the downwards. I came to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life for you were it not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. As I knew I could have a brighter future I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. I thought my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start an family. I thought that was the epitome of success but life was not so sure to teach me the meaning of success. When I was in 2013, I started dreading going to my corporate job the money and status was not bringing me joyand I was feeling that I was throwing my life away to earn a living when I knew I was destined for something more. When I began to navigate my way through a different direction in my career, I found that I was meant to work as an instructor. I enjoyed exercising, I enjoyed being around people, and I love helping people. In 2014 I started my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Being an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few of us. As an instructor, my aim is to inspire people to lead a healthy and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to every person's individual needs and desires. It is my aim to inspire others to pursue their goals and achieve the life they've always wished for. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest happiness in my entire life. But, my mom passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and mind. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the lessons we need even when we do not realize that it is there. Many ways, my mother's passing changed me. I truly believe she provided me with another chance to live through her demise. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. As I approach my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. It's not that I'm just another number. When I share my experience I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for yours. It is my wish to help you realize that you're never alone. You have the capacity to succeed in whatever you want to achieve. I pray that you live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
